Our Workflow

CNC / VMC Milling

In-house 3 to 5-Axis CNC and VMC machining for complex components across automotive and general engineering - tolerances held, surface finishes that speak for themselves, no outsourcing.

Gear & Gearbox Manufacturing

Designed, developed, and manufactured from scratch through Shree Geeta Gears Manufacturers - using Gleason Spiral Bevel Generators, Lapping Machines, and CNC/VMC equipment built for the most demanding gear specifications.

Sample-Based Mass Manufacture

Clients arrive with a worn sample, a drawing, or both - and we engineer, develop, and mass manufacture to a standard that matches or surpasses the original. No guesswork. No shortcuts.

Die Development

Custom die design and development across a broad range of industries - built for precision, durability, and repeatable performance across every production run.

Quality Control

Every component is checked against tolerance before it leaves our floor. Not as a final step - as a running discipline throughout the process, because catching a problem early costs far less than delivering one late.

Engineering Input & Consultation

We don't just take a file and run it. We study the geometry, ask the questions most manufacturers skip, and flag anything that needs attention before machining begins.

Prototyping to Production

From a single prototype component to structured production runs - the same team, the same standards, the same floor. Scale doesn't change the quality.

Honest Project Management

Clear timelines, early communication of any challenge, and no promises made that can't be kept. Poor client management is the most common complaint about manufacturers. We built our process around fixing it.

Communication

Legacy & Engineering Credentials

We start every manufacturing project by asking questions most vendors skip about the application, the tolerances that actually matter, what this component needs to survive in the real world, and whether anything in the geometry needs attention before we begin.

That conversation saves time. It saves money. And it means that what we deliver is what you actually needed, not just what was in the file.

From there, we keep you informed at every meaningful stage. If something comes up during machining - a question about the design, a tolerance that needs clarifying, anything at all - we come to you with it immediately. Not after the run is finished. Not the day before delivery. The moment it's relevant.

Legacy.

64 years of precision. Shree Geeta Gears Manufacturers, Est. 1960. That depth lives in every job.

Adaptive.

A worn sample, a drawing, or both. We engineer, develop, and manufacture to a standard that surpasses the original.

Precision.

Quality control runs through the entire process, not just the final check. Nothing leaves our floor wrong.
