Key Highlights
Material Contrast
A deliberate duality defines the project—timber, fabric, and warm lighting for the executive zone; concrete, steel, and neutral tones for operations—creating two atmospheres that serve different purposes while belonging to the same system.
Custom-Built
All primary elements are bespoke. From integrated storage walls and display shelving to workstation modules and the executive desk, each component is designed for precise use, durability, and visual consistency.
Light, Transparency & Control
Glass partitions maintain openness and daylight flow across spaces, while ceiling treatments, soft finishes, and layout planning ensure acoustic balance and visual privacy where required.
Details
Material & Surface
The executive office combines chevron-pattern veneers, natural wood flooring, textured brick, and soft textiles to create depth and tactility. In contrast, the operations space uses cementitious panels, matte finishes, and minimal detailing for a clean, durable environment suited to daily wear.
Spatial Planning & Proportions
The layout establishes a clear hierarchy—informal seating and interaction zones in the executive office, and efficient, linear workstation planning in operations. Circulation paths are kept direct, with balanced spacing to ensure comfort without visual clutter.
Lighting, Furniture & Integration
Lighting is layered through recessed profiles, cove illumination, and integrated shelf lighting. Furniture is ergonomic and purpose-built, with concealed services, clean junctions, and continuous lines ensuring a seamless integration of function and form.
Execution & Build
The project was executed in controlled phases to maintain uninterrupted operations. Pre-fabricated joinery, precise on-site installation, and coordinated services allowed for accuracy in detailing and consistency across both spaces.
