Welcome to theCraftiqs Academy!

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and policies that apply to all students enrolling in our training programs. By registering for any course with theCraftiqs Academy, you agree to follow these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrollment.

Services

theCraftiqs Academy offers professional training in Autodesk Alias and Unreal Engine 5, focused on design, surface modeling, visualization, digital presentation, and real-time workflow development.


Our academy provides:


  • Instructor-led lectures

  • Practical assignments

  • Guided project work

  • Portfolio development support

  • Review sessions and feedback

  • Software-based learning tailored to studio-level workflows


Course duration, structure, pricing, and lesson outcomes may vary depending on the chosen module, level, and batch schedule.


Enrollment & Eligibility

Enrollment is based on seat availability and course suitability. Students may be admitted as Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced, depending on their skill level and course selection.


Students selecting Intermediate or Advanced level programs must provide:


  • A portfolio of previous work, or

  • A personal interview or evaluation with the studio before enrollment


This is to ensure that the student is placed in the correct batch and can follow the course at the required level.


theCraftiqs Academy reserves the right to decline or defer enrollment if the student’s profile does not match the selected course level.

Student Responsibilities

To ensure a productive learning experience, students must:


  • Share accurate personal and academic information during enrollment

  • Submit any required portfolio or attend the interview when requested

  • Attend classes regularly and on time

  • Complete assigned exercises and practice work

  • Maintain respectful communication with instructors and fellow students

  • Inform the academy in advance in case of absence or delay

  • Use the software, learning materials, and studio resources responsibly


Students are expected to actively participate in the learning process and remain committed throughout the course duration.

Payments & Fees

All fees are communicated in advance before enrollment. Payment must be completed as per the academy’s enrollment policy.


Payment Structure


  • 50% of the total course fee is required as advance payment at the time of enrollment

  • The remaining 50% must be paid before the course begins / before final enrollment confirmation


Enrollment will only be considered confirmed after the required payment has been received and acknowledged by the academy.

Non-Refundable Amount

If a student terminates or cancels the enrollment after confirmation, 25% of the total course fee will be non-refundable. The remaining refund, if applicable, will be processed according to the academy’s review of the enrollment stage, course status, and administrative costs.

Late Payment

If payment is delayed beyond the agreed timeline, the academy may:


  • Hold the student’s seat

  • Restrict access to classes or course materials

  • Postpone enrollment until payment is completed


Any special payment arrangement must be approved by the academy in writing.

Course Schedule & Attendance

Classes are conducted three times a week according to the official batch schedule shared at the time of enrollment.


Students are expected to:


  • Attend all scheduled lectures

  • Be punctual for each session

  • Join classes with the required software and setup ready

  • Remain active during exercises, reviews, and practice sessions


The academy does not guarantee make-up lectures for missed classes unless stated otherwise in writing. Attendance is the student’s responsibility, and missing multiple sessions may affect progress, project quality, and completion.

Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to:


  • Lesson plans

  • Lecture notes

  • Presentation files

  • Reference material

  • Digital assets

  • Project demonstrations

  • Studio methods

  • Visual examples

  • Recorded sessions, if any


remain the intellectual property of theCraftiqs Academy unless otherwise stated.


Students may use the learning material only for personal educational use. They may not copy, share, sell, publish, upload, or distribute course material without written permission from the academy.


Any student work created during the course remains the student’s property unless it is based on academy-owned material or created under a specific studio brief. In such cases, the academy may request permission to display the work in its portfolio, website, or social media for educational and promotional purposes.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.


Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on:


  • The stage of enrollment

  • Whether classes have started

  • Whether learning material has been shared

  • Administrative and processing costs

  • The academy’s cancellation review


As stated above, 25% of the total fee is non-refundable if the enrollment is terminated by the student. If the course has already started or studio resources have been allocated, the refund amount may be reduced further or denied entirely.


The academy reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or postpone a batch due to low enrollment, faculty availability, technical issues, or other operational reasons. In such cases, students may be offered an alternative batch or a revised arrangement.

Liability & Warranty

theCraftiqs Academy provides training and guidance, but does not guarantee a specific career result, job placement, project outcome, or client success.


The academy is not responsible for:


  • Loss of personal data

  • Hardware failure

  • Software incompatibility

  • Internet interruption

  • Damage caused by misuse of tools or systems

  • Outcomes based on incomplete attendance or lack of practice


Students are responsible for their own equipment, backups, and software setup unless the academy has clearly agreed otherwise.

Third-Party Software & Tools

The academy may use or refer to third-party software, plugins, platforms, libraries, or digital tools during the course, including Autodesk Alias and Unreal Engine 5.


Please note:


  • Third-party products remain the property of their respective owners

  • The academy is not responsible for external licensing, updates, availability, pricing, or technical changes

  • Students must follow the licensing terms of any software they use

  • Any external software recommendation is educational and does not create liability for the academy

Use of Our Website

You may use theCraftiqs Academy website for lawful and personal educational purposes only.

You must not:


  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission

  • Misuse the brand, visuals, text, or layout

  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website

  • Use the website in a way that damages the academy’s reputation or systems


All website content, branding, images, and text are protected and may not be reused without written approval.

Privacy & Data Protection

theCraftiqs Academy respects student privacy and handles personal data responsibly.

We may collect information such as:


  • Name

  • Contact details

  • Portfolio or interview submissions

  • Course preference

  • Payment and enrollment records


This information is used only for academic, administrative, and communication purposes. We do not sell student data. Any sharing of personal information will be limited to lawful, operational, or consent-based requirements.

Dispute Resolution

n the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to first try resolving the matter through direct communication and good-faith discussion.


If the issue remains unresolved, the matter may be handled through mediation, arbitration, or other legal process as permitted under applicable law.


The academy aims to resolve disputes in a professional, fair, and timely manner.

Updates to Terms

theCraftiqs Academy may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time when required for operational, academic, legal, or policy-related reasons.


Updated terms will take effect once published or communicated. Continued enrollment or participation after changes are made will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.
