These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and conditions for using our services. By engaging with theCraftiqs, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Services
theCraftiqs provides multidisciplinary services including automotive design, product design, architecture visualization, UX/UI design, branding, prototyping, manufacturing, and design education.
Each project is governed by a separate agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timelines, revisions, and pricing.
Project Onboarding & Agreement
To initiate any project, clients are required to:
Complete the client onboarding form, providing accurate and detailed project information.
Review, approve, and sign a formal contract or agreement issued by theCraftiqs.
Submit the required advance payment as per agreed terms.
The project will only commence once all onboarding steps are completed. Any delay in completing these steps may affect project timelines.
Scope of Work
All work is carried out strictly based on the approved proposal or agreement.
Any additions, modifications, or changes outside the agreed scope will be treated as scope changes.
Scope changes may impact both cost and delivery timelines and will require written approval.
theCraftiqs reserves the right to pause work until revised terms are agreed upon.
Client Responsibilities
To maintain efficiency and quality, clients are expected to:
Provide clear briefs, references, and required data at the beginning of the project.
Ensure all shared materials (logos, content, assets) are legally owned or licensed.
Respond to communication, feedback, and approvals within agreed timelines.
Avoid repeated or unstructured changes that disrupt workflow.
Assign a single point of contact for communication where possible.
Delays in client inputs or approvals may directly impact delivery schedules.
Design Process & Approvals
Projects follow a structured workflow, typically including concept, development, refinement, and final delivery stages.
Each stage requires formal client approval before proceeding.
Once a stage is approved, revisiting it may be considered additional work.
The number of revisions included will be defined in the project agreement.
Payments & Fees
The payment terms are as below:
A 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project.
25% payment is due upon completion of a major milestone, as defined in the agreement.
The final 25% payment must be cleared before delivery of final files or assets.
25% of the total project fee is non-refundable once the project has commenced.
All payments must be made within agreed timelines.
Delayed payments may result in project suspension, delayed delivery, or additional charges.
Intellectual Property
All concepts, drafts, 3D models, renders, and design data remain the intellectual property of theCraftiqs until full payment is received.
Upon complete payment, rights to the final approved deliverables are transferred as defined in the agreement.
Preliminary concepts, unused options, and working files remain the property of theCraftiqs unless otherwise agreed.
theCraftiqs reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Use of Deliverables
Deliverables are to be used strictly for the purpose defined in the agreement.
Any reuse, resale, modification, or distribution beyond agreed usage requires written permission.
Unauthorized use of design work may result in legal action.
Prototyping & Manufacturing
Prototypes are created for validation and may require further refinement before mass production.
Variations may occur between digital designs and physical outputs due to materials, finishing, and manufacturing processes.
theCraftiqs is not responsible for performance issues arising from third-party production beyond our control.
Final responsibility for product approval before production lies with the client.
Third-Party Vendors & Contractor
We may recommend or collaborate with third-party vendors, suppliers, or consultants.
theCraftiqs is not liable for third-party services, delays, pricing changes, or execution issues.
Contracts with third parties are handled directly between the client and the vendor unless otherwise specified.
Timelines & Delivery
Project timelines are estimated based on defined scope and workflow.
Timelines depend on timely client feedback, approvals, and external dependencies.
Any delays in communication or approvals may result in revised delivery schedules.
Urgent or expedited work may incur additional charges.
Confidentiality & NDA
All client information and project data are treated as confidential.
We ensure secure handling of sensitive information throughout the project.
theCraftiqs is open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if required before project initiation.
Any third-party collaborators involved will also be bound by confidentiality where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation terms are governed by the project agreement.
A minimum of 25% of the total project fee is non-refundable once work has started.
Work completed up to the cancellation stage will be billed accordingly.
Any additional costs incurred prior to cancellation must be cleared by the client.
Liability & Warranty
theCraftiqs provides services with professional standards but does not guarantee specific business outcomes.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, manufacturing, or misuse of deliverables.
Clients are responsible for final validation before production or implementation.
Academy & Training Services
Courses are designed for educational purposes with real-world workflows.
Access to course materials is limited to enrolled students only.
Redistribution or resale of course content is strictly prohibited.
Placement opportunities are not guaranteed but may be offered based on performance and availability.
Use of Our Website
All content on theCraftiqs website is protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, distribute, or use website content without permission.
Misuse of branding, visuals, or text is strictly prohibited.
Privacy & Data Protection
We respect and protect user and client data.
Information shared with us is used solely for project communication and execution.
We do not sell or misuse personal data.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or arbitration under applicable local laws.
Updates to Terms
theCraftiqs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be reflected on our website, and continued use of services implies acceptance.
